Module 1 — The Impact of Difficult Life Situations

Module 2 — What Does “Good Support” Mean?
Explore what support truly looks like, how to identify people’s support needs, and how to prioritise what matters most. 


Module 3 — Providing Effective Support
Develop practical empathy and listening skills, learn how to manage emotional and challenging conversations, and understand when to refer for extra help.


Module 4 — Self-Care for Professionals
Discover strategies to maintain your own wellbeing so you can continue to support others sustainably without burnout.
